Yes. Full payment is taken at checkout to reserve your kit. This ensures your order is locked in for the next batch.

Can I change or cancel my pre-order?

Yes. If you need to make changes or cancel before dispatch, email support@outbackorbit.com and we’ll help you out.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship Australia-wide and to most regions globally via tracked courier.

How long does delivery take?


  • Australia: 3–8 business days metro / 5–12 business days regional & remote.

  • International: typically 7–21 business days, depending on destination.

How do I track my order?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

We offer a 30-day returns guarantee. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Change-of-mind returns require you to cover return shipping.

What if my order arrives faulty or damaged?

Contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Outback Orbit is an independent company. Our mounts are not made or endorsed by Starlink or SpaceX. What we provide is something Starlink doesn’t — rugged, vehicle-ready mounting options designed for Australian conditions.
